My grandmother is Annie Charlotte de Carteret (b 3.11.1879) daughter of Samuel John de Carteret (b 20.05.1845) and Lucy Jane Burns (b 10.02.1856). They married 29.12.1875. According to my records Samuel was born in Jersey. Lucy was born in Auckland NZ. Their children are John Herbert (b. 11.12.1876), Annie Charlotte (b. 3.11.1879) and Samuel Laurence (b. 24.11.1885).
Annie Charlotte married Maurice John James Wark in India on 10.02.1904. My father Allan Maurice Wark is their eldest child (b. 20.04.1905).

She was a minor, according to the marriage certificate. I have no other dates for her. Lydia A de Carteret of Papakura NZ was a witness to the marriage
