Mr Daniel Renouf was at Fermain Beach at 11 am on the 7th he found the woman lying on her back , he called a man called Brehaut who was close by
they left the body and went to get the Police

Her sister said she had lived in Kings Road had seen her that very morning and she was greatly troubled about the conduct of her father,
Sarah had posted a letter to her sister Mrs Welsh which she recieved the next morning , saying she was going over to Fermain , and that God would have justice on her father

She had in her coat when found on the beach at Fermain a letter from her brother John Samuel,who at that time was a soldier in the army.His address to her was the factor in identfiing her.
Dr Corbin said he had examined the body in fermain at 2 pm where it had remained till then there were no marks of Violence about the body and death he belived was due to suicide ,
Queens Procureur said in regretting immrdiate assistance had not been given if so death may not have been fatal
