found a John Carteret  who was a Soldier in the Revolution 1775 -1800
his wife Nancy age 75  applied for a pension for his services  as Inspector
Artificer of Supplies , A Barrel Cooper by Trade .
Living it seems in Suffolk Co Mass
she was granted this $240 per Annum  , via Major Thomas Campbell
in Coston ? suffolk Co
