NOTICE is hereby given that by a deed poll
dated the eighteenth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and enrolled
in the Central Office of the Royal Courts
of Justice on the third day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, RICHARD
DE CARTERET YEO, a Lieutenant in His
Majesty's Army, formerly known as Richard
Carteret Yeo, renounced and abandoned the use
of his former second name of " Carteret " and
assumed in lieu thereof the second name of
" de Carteret."
