1903.had been given the living at Cutcombe Dunster Som which was worth £408 .p.a.gross
22 January 1905 he committed Suicide by hanging in a a Hayloft nr his Vicarage there has not been found the inquest report .newspaper report said he was 60 years old but he was born in 1856
