Records the lease in perpetuity from 2 to 1 all the inheritance they received from Francois de Carteret for the sum of 6 quartiers of wheat of rente. 13/01/1678 - 13/01/1678

L/C/47/A/292 Partage des Héritages between Jeanne Carteret son of Francois late Seigneur of Vinchelez de Haut and Marie Bailhache, his wife, daughter of Jean Bailhache, son of Jean of the first party. Marie de Carteret, wife of Pierre Saelle [Sealle] of the second party and Jeanne de Carteret, wife of Philippe Maret of the third party. 2 and 3 are daughters of Francois and Marie Bailhache. Records the partage [partition] of the inheritance of Marie Bailhache. 1 receives the principal house, Petit Pré de Noirmont, Pré de Taeson, and 24½ quartiers of wheat of rente for his preciput and six muskets [allowances given to the prinicipal heir], for the lease in perpetuity of some of the partage to Francoise de Carteret, daughter of the second marriage of Marie Bailhache to Francois de Carteret son of Francois he receives a house, a house called the 'Petit Maison de Noirmont', Clos du Port and all the other land in the Fief de Noirmont, St Brelade. 1 also receives a number of rentes. 2 receives Clos de Noirmont, Clos a Murailles and rentes. 3 receives a little house in St Aubin called 'La Maison de Bas', St Brelade and rentes. Also includes a contract dated 13/10/1687 which states that the three heirs recognises that some mistakes were made in the Partage re. rentes. 01/01/1686 - 13/10/1687
